Notwithstanding many dramas that cater strong messages to the spectators, Kaisa Hai Naseeban has just raised the bar of flamboyancy in the drama industry of Pakistan with its unprecedented storyline and a powerful narrative.

Ever since its start, it has depicted a potpourri of ordeal Marium had to go through. It also sends out a message for the parents who often overlook the boy and his family they are going to get their daughter married to after merely looking superficially. Moreover, if the boy is from their family, they do not even notice anything because the guy is apparently “raised” in front of them.
Similarly, just because Ahmed is the son of Jamal’s elder sister living in Malaysia, he could not resist saying yes to the proposal for his daughter. What she endures during her time in Malaysia is relatable to abundant people because we all know women who have gone through such misery because their parents did not properly research the grooms and their families.

After the entire courtroom spree where the judge orders Ahmed to sign the divorce papers along with a fine and years in prison, he tries to run away to save his life but rather ends up injuring his spinal cord in an accident. The doctor suggests he will never be able to walk again. When Marium gets home, she cries telling her mother that he had an accident and she will never be able to forgive herself if anything bad happens to him. The ending of Kaisa Hai Naseeban has been designed with an ace to delineate the phrase ‘Whatever goes around comes around’.
The last episode of the show was more of a roller-coaster ride of emotions where Ahmed shows his true face to the world. Furthermore, it depicts Marium as an epitome of bravery and resilience. Despite consistent physical, emotional and mental abuse, she forgives Ahmed when she comes to know of his condition.

In the last few minutes, Ahmed and his entire family go through the same agony they kept Marium in, for so long. However, with consistent struggle and hard work, Marium succeeds to garner a key position in the organization she was working for and we are uber happy for her long-overdue contentment.

“So this is how it all began. I was discovered by Anwar Maqsood Sahab whom I lovingly call, ‘Anwar Mamu’ many many years ago and I had the honour of acting in his play ‘Khwabon ki Zanjeer’ which he wrote for PTV. Then my first drama serial Uroosa happened. Post that, my first film was offered to me via him and we travelled from Karachi to Lahore together. I didn’t end up doing the film but that’s another story,” he says reminiscing about the time he has spent with the Loose Talk host.
He feels grateful to “Anwar Mamu” for the wisdom he has imparted to him and says, “On this trip I’m not only gaging his magnanimity, but I’m also seeing a different side of fandom where people are wanting to just catch a glimpse of him. I’ve always been in awe of his personality, but I’m more so now. There’s so much that I’m learning just by observing him and the way he makes people laugh on his wit and satire. His aura is magical and he has the ability of finding humour in the most crucial situations which has always amazed me.”

However, he continues, “My blood boils when people ask whether I have applied lipstick or why am I wearing it.” He goes on to reveal he has never applied any sort of makeup and especially hates lipstick. The Original Sound Track (OST) of Do Bol has just crossed 20 Million views on Youtube for all the right reasons. The song has all the constituents to be intensively loved by a huge populace inside Pakistan and by other entertainment enthusiasts across the globe.

Sung by the super talented, Nabeel Shaukat and the magical nightingale, Aima Baig, the song is a perfect amalgamation of surreal vocals and adroit music along with our favorite protagonists Affan Waheed and Hira Salman sprinkling infinite charm, getting our eyes glued to the screens in an appealing video.
The song starts off with Gaiti(Hira) crying while standing in the midst of a railway station with Badar(Affan). The OST depicts both the protagonists running, only to get caught by the police, ending up signing the Nikkah papers to start a life together.

However, the former does not look very happy with the start of her new life and she is often seen crying in the music video. The song also delineates another heartthrob, Haroon Shahid, looking at a photo of two children and trying to stop Gaiti while she asks him not to blame Badar for anything before walking away saying, “I would not listen to anything against him.”
Badar’s wedding looks like an unpleasant surprise for his family, therefore, they try to leave no stones unturned to get her out of the house but he stands by her side in literally all the thicks and thins, striving to acquire a special place in her heart. So much so that by the end of the video, she complains of hot weather and he lies to his family to get an air conditioner for her room to perhaps soften her a bit in spite of not even being able to afford it.

‘Aaj-Ke-Mehman’ will have a distinguished and renowned celebrity as the special guest of “Shan-e-Iftar” daily. Live interaction with the audience and casual chit-chat sessions will make the transmission special.
Daily Segment of Dua in Shan-e-Iftar where scholars will conduct a prayer session to thank Almighty Allah (SWT) for His generosities and will pray for the wellbeing of human beings around the world.

Ramadan Kareem is finally here to bring infinite blessings for all Muslims across the globe. It is the time of the year when Muslims go an extra mile to help the humankind with altruism and empathy. Continuing the legacy, ARY Digital is all set to bring the amalgamation of humanity and peace having religion as its core once again, to make Ramadan a bit brighter with Shan-e-Ramazan.

But before the transmission officially starts, the yearly Kalam and its video have just been released and it is being lauded in all horizons of the world for all the right reasons. It starts off with Waseem Badami defining the holy month in a rather poetic way, as he walks into the Masjid. The video also shows Iqrar ul Hassan stepping into the prestigious Shah Jahan Masjid. Waseem starts off with the Kalam having the well-acclaimed Badshahi Masjid in the background.
As Faysal Quraishi drives in the midst of rural Pakistan, he watches women putting all their efforts to take out water from a well, lifting the containers on their heads and walking kilometers in the scorching heat. Faysal, along with the assistance of Ehsaas Trust establishes a water plant for these women and a tear rolls down his cheek as these women pay gratitude to him.
Fahad Mustafa sits to get his hair done, apparently before a shoot as he notices a man yelling at a boy, throwing away the set of documents he had brought. Fahad stands up when the man leaves and picks up a paper, only to find out the boy’s termination letter for not being able to pay his university fee. He gives this boy a cheque which brings a spontaneous smile on his face.
Then comes the legendary scholar with a majestic voice Junaid Jamshed, giving us literal goosebumps as he takes the Kalam further without any music. With his ex co-host’s surreal voice in the background, Waseem lifts his hands for a prayer.
Iqrar and his cute little son, Pehlaaj Hassan walks in the Masjid when the latter finds a few slippers laying in front of the Masjid unordered. He lifts them up and aligns them in a proper pattern. When Iqrar walks inside the Masjid and could not find his son, he comes out and sees him perform such a beautiful gesture. He could not resist kissing Pehlaaj on his forehead.
Madeha Naqvi along with Shafaat Ali calls all the street children under one roof to provide them with their basic right, education. The kids are seen running to the make-shift school in order to gain the knowledge they deserve. Madeha and Shafaat very playfully teach these children, bringing wide smiles on their faces.
As Nida Yasir walks by, she watches an elderly couple having hardly anything for Iftaar. She finds all girls of the neighborhood to make proper iftaar for them. When this couple watches all the food, they pay their gratitude to the morning show host having an unexplainable shine in their eyes.
Then comes the entire ARY Digital Network team from all the channels including ARY News, ARY Digital, ARY Zindagi and Q TV sitting on the table for a grand Iftaar to cherish the blessings and the chance to show maximum virtues throughout the month.

He further says, “I would like to make a request to everyone to not waste food. Sometimes, because we fast, we end up cooking a lot of food that ultimately goes to waste. It would give us more ‘sawaab’ if we feed the same food to the needy.”

“Also, I’ve noticed we often lose temper while fasting, whereas fasting teaches us to be patient and have self-control. We fast for Allah, then why do we do rash driving, or lose temper at people while fasting. It’s not a burden, it’s a blessed month to worship and spread love,” he adds.
Lastly, he wishes Ramadan Kareem Mubarak to his fans and their families. He prays and hopes “we all have a month filled with moments of reflection and introspection. May Allah bless us with his choicest of blessings and accept our duas. Aameen.”
Amid all the prayers he politely says Ramadan is for our own selves, not for any other Muslim, or human being for that matter. He also talks about the teachings of Ramadan including tolerance in a beautiful way.

Fasting could give you a bloating feeling throughout the holy month of Ramadan. However, if you manage to maintain a proper diet, you can also feel fresher and more energetic.
We have collected a few essential tips for you to implement during Ramadan, in order to make you healthier by getting pivotal nutrients for your body.

Try to consume coconut water in Sehri, after you are done with your food. Coconut water is known to combat dehydration for longer periods of time.
Have proper fluids at the time of Iftaar. Break your fast with dates and milkshakes for a maximum energy boost. However glucose-rich sugarcane juice can also give you an instant kick of energy for your body cells.
You would rather go for fibre-rich fruits such as oranges, bananas, apples, strawberries, and raspberries in lieu of fruit juices because juices often lack mandatory fibre your body should have.
In order to get rid of flatulence and indigestion, you need to consume comestibles having minimal spice and fat. Also, avoid overeating in both Sehri and Iftaar for the avoidance of bloating.
Have excessive water after you are done with Iftaar. From Iftaar till Sehri is the only time you can have water, so make it a habit to drink loads of water more frequently than you usually do. Keep a goal of at least two liters of water to quench the thirst your body cells carry.
In Sehri, try taking parathas or rotis made out of whole-wheat, if not bran bread. It is because whole-wheat food takes at least 6-8 hours to digest, and it will probably not make you feel hungry.
If you are fond of taking late night meal, opt for seafood, for most of it has a lower level of fat and cholesterol while being rich in Omega 3, essential minerals and vitamins and proteins.
Yogurt and egg whites should never be neglected from your diet throughout Ramadan since they are undisputable powerhouses of proteins.

The first Ashra of the holy month of Ramadan has just ended and Muslims across the universe are celebrating the month with zeal and steadfastness.
Apart from fasting, Muslims often perform Namaz and recite the Holy Quran to cultivate maximum blessings during the month. Moreover, many help others because the month of Ramadan is not just for staying away from food and drinks, but also from negativity. It enables a Muslim to self-cleanse and ponder on positivity.

1. Firstly, this set people will not just wake up for Sehri most of the days. Mothers often prepare Sehris and keep trying to wake them up all this while.
2. And then there are people who get up in Sehri but are still in their sleep while having food.
3. Some people become very religious out of the blue during Ramadan. They suddenly start judging everything on the scale of Halaal and Haraam.
4. People who sleep soon after Sehri, only to get up a few minutes before Iftaar.
5. Versus the people who only wish they could sleep and/or rest all day but they do not.
6. Immensely dramatic people who often claim that they are dying of thirst or hunger every day before Iftaar.
7. The people who are confused whether they should break their fast with the siren of the nearby Masjid, Azaan or the television.
8. In spite of hardly knowing what time is Maghrib throughout the year, few people know exact Maghrib timings during the month of Ramadan.
9. The people who would eat literally everything present on the table and bloat themselves.
10. And lastly, people who will ask everyone every day if they are fasting or not. This sort of people is really hard to handle.
