Ammara Hikmat hosts a barbecue party for Hamza ahead of his Shaadi

So, our very own Pyaray Afzal aka Hamza Ali Abbasi is all set to get married to the astounding Naimal Khawar and the celebrations have already begun. However, the celebrations are different from what we have seen during the weddings of other celebrities.

Filmmaker Ammara Hikmat has taken to Instagram to post a story about how she wanted to host a Dholki but ended up doing a barbeque session with buddies ahead of Hamza’s wedding. She writes, “Wanted to host a Dholki for this friend who danced the most at my wedding but can’t reciprocate because he’s a changed man now and hates lavish wedding celebrations. So got him a gotay wala gandassa from a mehndi shop in Liberty.”

After having a simple yet gorgeous Nikkah ceremony, Hamza Ali Abbasi and the love of his life Naimal Khawar have just hosted their wedding reception yesterday and they certainly look gorgeous together. Just like Nikkah, the venue of their reception has also been utterly sophisticated and classy.

The heartthrob decides to don a black Kurta Shalwar and waistcoat, tarnishing all stereotypes of dressing up in a three-piece-suit in the reception.

Meanwhile his gorgeous better half Naimal Khawar looks sleek, clad in an off-white traditional lengha with minimal makeup and jewelry.

The newlyweds come hand-in-hand to the venue and the way they look is beyond explanation.

Perfect is the only word that comes close to how these cuties complement each other.

They are sporting a consistent smile on their faces ever since they have taken each other as a life partner.

What we love about them is how they are holding hands throughout the event.

They also spend some quality time with the family, with each member being immensely content.

Bewafa releases two teasers revealing a betrayer

Airing one after another hit dramas and creating history by setting new milestones, ARY Digital does not seem to pause anytime soon. Recently, two teasers of the upcoming drama Bewafa have been released and they depict the story of a man who is apparently stuck in between his family and someone else.

The first teaser delineates Ali Rehman Khan talking to someone over the call when suddenly his spouse, Navin Waqar interrupts asking who was he calling. Notwithstanding visible fear on his face, he still tells her that it is someone called Muntansar from work and hands over the phone to her. However, in the next scene, Muntansar happens to be Ushna Shah who is in contact with Ali but his spouse does not know anything about her.

In the next teaser, he brings flowers for Ushna and tells her that he wants to spend time with her and he feels as if he has burnt his home just to keep his hands warm. Navin sees his photos with Ushna and asks whether he had gone for lunch with her. He denies her suspicion and tells her that he was never in contact with Shireen (Ushna).

Bewafa, as its name suggests is a visual delight that delves into the story of a household and the betrayer, Ali Rehman Khan who is apparently in love with Ushna Shah while Navin Waqar is his lawfully wedded wife. The drama is all set to hold you spellbound real soon, only on ARY Digital.

Director Asim Raza shares heartfelt notes for the cast of Parey Hut Love

With spectacular performances by all fragments of the ensemble cast, Parey Hut Love is proving to be one of the most successful Pakistani movies of 2019. The movie is a legit potpourri of emotions from happiness to sadness to the excitement, making it unique and fascinating at the same time.

Parey Hut Love revolves around the love story of the dapper Sheheryar Munawar and the stunning Maya Ali amid a few other love stories in the background. However, the attainment of true love does not come easy, and therefore this movie touches upon a story that is in its rawest and pristine form to exude genuine emotions of all spectators.

Apart from its flamboyant cast and power-packed storyline, Asim Raza has put his heart and soul to steer this ship entitled Parey Hut Love. The ship has not only escaped icebergs and topsy-turvy waves, but it has also reached its destination with complete mastery.

Following the release of the movie, director Asim Raza took to Instagram to write a few lines about the integral fragments of the movie.

He posts a photo of Maya and writes, “Maya memsaab! During the look test of #PareyHutLove– Bless you Maya for your blind faith, love & endless support. May God bless you endlessly.”

He calls Sheheryar a knight and writes, “SHEH-SAWAR SHEHERYAR! @sheheryarmunawar , the cavalryman training for his horse-riding scenes in #PareyHutLove … Our very own Knight in shining armour.”

About the legendary Nadeem Baig, he says, “The institution called Nadeem Baig! I can happily spend my life sitting in his feet!!! From the sets of #PareyHutLove , in the beautiful city of Bhawalpur!!”

He uploads Zara Noor Abbas’s photo from the Kashmir spell of Parey Hut Love and writes, “She came, she saw & she conquered!”

“They say – You’ll never find a rainbow if you’re looking down. This man taught me how to keep looking up no matter what the scenario may be. @ahmedalibutt the SUNSHINE! Love You,” says Asim about the super witty Ahmed Ali Butt.

Working with Hina Dilpazeer has been Asim’s dream which eventually came true with Parey Hut Love. He speaks, “Hina Dilpazeer is exactly as brilliant as you would imagine Hina Dilpazeer to be! She can do things you would never have thought possible. Her presence on screen is outstanding.”

Talking about Sheheryar’s father, Munawar Alam Siddiqui he writes, “What charm, what style, what charisma… I hope i can touch your range one day Munnoo Uncle !! So commanding yet so endearing!”

“You don’t become Meryl Streep by doing the same type of characters, you get there by being challenged, and @rachelavanviccajisurely knows that you have to get out of your comfort zone in order to grow,” he says about the stunning Rachel Viccaji.

And Naintara lived happily ever after in Hassad

“Jealousy is certainly a poison you drink, expecting others to die of it,” says Zareen’s mother in the last episode, with teary eyes watching her only daughter living her worst days. Hassad has literally epitomized escalating cancer we call jealousy and enviousness.

From the happy go lucky days to Naintara’s days of predicament, Hassad has grabbed the attention of a huge populace; wider than that of any other drama for the year 2019 by staying in the list of top trending videos on Youtube every week.

The visual delight delves into the story of a person (Zareen) who is always insecure. She not only envies Naintara for having a lovey-dovey husband, but she also fights with her husband demanding his attention and time in spite of knowing he is working long hours for the sake of her better future only.

Moreover, after the sad demise of Arman, she tries her best to get Naintara out of the house. Women in our country are the most vulnerable humans when it comes to character assassination and Zareen and her entire family uses this tactic to make sure Naintara’s relation with her mother in law and Farhan becomes cloudy.

However, the struggle to generate hatred in the hearts only ended up in bringing Naintara closer to not only her mother in law but also to Farhan, so much so that he agrees to marry her for the sake of a secure future. This turns the flames of hatred to the wildfire of revenge and Zareen leaves no stones unturned to tarnish Naintara’s respect in the eyes of other family members.

Naintara spends most of the time trying to prove her innocence but she is constantly humiliated and victimized by Zareen and her family. Zareen’s mother and brother want her to be happy in her household and hence they help her in all the evil plans to make Naintara feel ashamed for the sins she never committed.

Similarly, in the last episode, Zareen and her brother conspire to end Naintara’s chapter once and for all by planning to throw acid on her face. Notwithstanding her mother’s disapproval, Zareen tries to throw acid on Naintara that subsequently kills her unborn child due to stress.

Karma would not have let her get away with such a grave sin. Therefore, in spite of doing her best to ruin Naintara’s life, she becomes mentally retarded and also gets canceled by her husband and mother-in-law who is also her maternal aunt.

Hassad does not only have an exceptional storyline, but it also touches upon one of the most harrowing issues of our society; jealousy. Every person has a different life and we should respect and appreciate that. Also, in order to spend a happy life, we need to count our blessings and ask whether we have done something so especial to be living with all the amenities and comforts that we have.

Celebrities pen heartfelt notes for legendary actor Abid Ali

Following a serious liver disorder, veteran actor Abid Ali passed away on Thursday in Karachi. The 67-year-old thespian was admitted in a private hospital since Monday.

His daughters, Iman Ali and Rahma Ali took to social media asking their fans and the fans of Abid Ali to pray for his speedy recovery. On Tuesday, the duo refuted all rumors of his demise, asking the mainstream and digital media outlets to avoid escalating false news.

However, Rahma posted a statement on social media confirming the news of his death on Thursday. Following his final exit, abundant Pakistani stars also took to social media to speak about their memories with him.

Abid AliCheekh protagonist Saba Qamar is short of words to describe the loss Pakistani media industry has endured.

“I will never forget the warmth and respect you gave me. Our country has not only lost a legend today but an asset as well,” writes the Parchi star, Hareem Farooq.

With big dreams and the promise that this project will take blood, sweat, and tears, all we had was each other’s support.”

He recalls the team had “highs and lows along the way but what made this project different was the love and positivity each and every member of the team brought to the table.” He concluded by paying gratitude to the entire team of Parey Hut Love for laughing, crying and fighting together.

The starlet Maya Ali also puts up a set of photos on Instagram that speak at length about the fun they had on the shooting spree. “Before ending this day, I want to share a very special moment with all of you, This was the day when we started shooting for Parey hut love last year, what a beautiful journey it was… We cried, laughed and traveled together but we never had any arguments, this date will always be very special for me,” she writes.

Mera Qasoor | Paying the price for someone else’s mistakes

A father is the head of the family who keeps the family together. Mera Qasoor depicts how a father’s unfounded and excessive hardships cause the children to rebel, resulting in a loss on both sides.

(Late) Abid Ali as Raees is a stern man who keeps his children under strict control. His inflexible nature has always made him distant from his children.

Maryam Fatima as Maheen is the eldest daughter of Raees. She has become a rebel because of her father’s stubborn nature.

Haris Waheed as Bilal is Raees’ sister, Gul Bano’s son and his nephew. On the outside, he seems quiet, but very few people know about his dark nature.

Bilal’s insecure and abusive nature causes problems in Maheen’s life, and their marriage.

Sajeer Uddin as Siddique is the brother of Raees’ wife, Nasreen with whom they have an estranged relationship.

Natalia Owais as Kinza is the only daughter of Raees’ wife Nasreen’s brother, Siddique. She is well-loved by her parents.

Pakistanis and Muslims in different parts of the world are protesting against the calamity Kashmiris are enduring regularly. A few Indians are also being vocal on the issue because of the blatant abrogation of not just Article 370, but also human rights.

Avani Rai, a photographer, and videographer based in India is one of the few Indians who want the government to at least give Kashmiris a chance to speak. Soon after the lockdown, Rai exhibited the photographs of Kashmir she had taken since 2016. Talking to an Indian media outlet she says, “The reason I am a photographer today is because of Kashmir. I felt the need to pick up the camera when I was in Kashmir.”

The photographer posts at least a photo from the valley everyday unveiling the days they had spent before the ongoing lockdown.

Every time she comes back from Kashmir, she brings “back a lot of love.”

The doctors of Kashmir are certainly as fierce and brave as any soldier in the whole wide world. Working on wounded people in the midst of chaos and wildfire is not something everyone can do.

Meray Paas Tum Ho has just aired its fifth episode and people are loving it for the flamboyant ensemble cast and captivating storyline, so much so that the episode is trending at number one on Youtube across Pakistan.

meray paas tum hoMeray Paas Tum Ho features the astounding Humayun Saeed with the gorgeous Ayeza Khan along with the dapper Adnan Siddiqui—perfect constituents of an unarguable hit. The drama starts off delineating a middle-class happy family with the head having a government job. The reason it is being praised by a huge populace is that the class of the family it depicts is relatable to most viewers.

In a recent turn of events, the businessman, Shehwaar ends up liking Mehwish. He also displays his admiration for her time and again in both the presence and absence of her husband Danish who is mostly insecure of him for talking to and about her ever since she had danced with him in the Mehndi.

On the other hand, Danish starts to accept bribes for his signatures on various documents due to his wife’s desire for a precious necklace. In order to get her a car to travel, he takes a heavy bribe of Rs 1 Million. However, he returns the amount and as a result, his better half gets sad.

The fifth episode delves into the family’s dinner at Shehwaar’s place, or perhaps his palace. From their formal chat to the talk Shehwaar and Mehwish had while he took her for the home theatre, everything has kept spectators glued to their seats, wanting for more. The dinner scene also gives us another clue of what Shehwaar is up to. He keeps pouring hints about how Danish and Mehwish are not living the lives they should and how the former is not keeping the latter in a way she deserves.

When asked about whether he broke up with his spouse, Shehwaar talks about how absence can not only be taken as a form of a break-up. The episode concludes with the precious gifts he gives to the family.

Following the episode, Adnan took to Instagram to post the video clips shedding light on what a break-up actually means. He wrote, “To me when the hearts are not aligned then there is no point in staying with a person. We often underestimate the power of good moments. We as humans are scared of detaching from our loved ones.”

Ruswai delineates a horrendous reality

Seems like ARY Digital has made a promise to let the bar of flamboyancy of its dramas stay at the top and nothing less. After topping all charts of success through one after other exceptional dramas, ARY Digital is all revved up to enthrall the audiences with the absolutely astounding duo of Mikaal Zulfiqar and Sana Javed in the upcoming visual treat, Ruswai.

So far three teasers have released and they depict a juxtaposition of a love story and a gruesome tale of horrors. The first teaser delineates the gorgeous Sana Javed, having a fun time with her family amid laughter and happiness. Just when the family finishes dinner and is on the way back to their car, some lurid men impelled by frustration and criminal minds kidnap Sana right in front of her family members with her father begging for mercy.

The second teaser delves into the love story of Mikaal and Sana and their adorable shenanigans. They seem to be so much in love with each other in three scenes; the one at the beach, the one at a family event and the one at the hospital. It also shows the bubbly nature of Sana and how amazing of a time she spends with her family. However, the teaser also flashes some scenes of the heinous kidnap.

The third teaser sheds light on the ordeal she goes through once she gets back home. Notwithstanding the trauma she finds herself in after coming back, she tries her hard to live a life she once lived but it is not just her who is suffering, her entire family is. Mikaal, who appears to be in the air force strives to get her back to life.

Ruswai is directed by the veteran actress Rubina Ashraf and produced by Humayun Saeed’s Six Sigma Entertainment. The drama incorporates adroit actors such as Osama Tahir, Minah Tariq, legendary actors, Mohammad Ahmed, Usman Peerzada, and Seemi Raheel.
